Adani Green Energy Q4 Result Highlights: Adani Green Energy reported a 73% year-on-year jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 397 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26. The company had reported a 16% yoy jump in its net revenue.
Adani Green Energy share price hit its 52-week high mark of Rs 1,252.75 per share on Friday post Q4 result announcement. The stock had dipped to an intraday low of Rs 1150.80 per share.

Adani Green Energy reported a net profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 397 crore in Q4FY26, up 73% from Rs 230 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 41 crore in the quarter ending December.
Adani Green Energy reported a net revenue from operations of Rs 3,094 crore from the power supply segment, of Rs 234 crore from the sale of goods and equipment and related services. Adani Green Energy's earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 2.33 per share.
Adani Energy Q4 EBITDA
The renewable energy company reported a strong revenue and EBITDA growth, which was primarily backed by robust greenfield capacity addition of 5.1 GW in FY26. The company also deployed advanced RE technologies, strong plant performance and commissioning of new capacities in resource rich sites in Khavda, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Adani Green Energy Capacity Addition
Adani Green Energy Limited focused on expanding its greenfield capacities in FY 26. Strong growth in the greenfield capacity expansion was driven by advanced resource planning, engineering, and supply management, and project management.
THe company expanded its operational capacity by 35% on an annual basis to 19.3GW. With this, the company is on track to achieve 50 GW target, as per its BSE filing.
AGEL added 5,051 MW greenfield capacity in FY26, which is 1.5 times the capacity addition in FY25.
The greenfield additions of 5,051 MW included 3,412 MW of solar capacity (2,974 MW in Khavda, Gujarat, 438 MW in Rajasthan); 683 MW wind capacity in Khavda and 956 MW of solarwind hybrid capacity in Khavda. Adani Green Energy's energy sale increased by 34% on an annual basis on the back of operational performance.
