Adani Power Q4 Result Highlights: Profit Jumps 54% YoY To Rs 4017 Crore, Revenue Down To Rs 14,223 Crore
Adani Power Q4 Result: Adani Power, on Wednesday, reported a 54% year-on-year jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 4,017.08 crore. The company had reported a net revenue of Rs 14223.09 crore during the quarter under review.
Adani Power share price ended 1.99% lower at Rs 219.1 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 4,22,527.66 crore on Wednesday, April 29. Here are key highlights from Adani Power Q4 result.

Adani Power Q4 Result
The company's net consolidated profit (attributable to owners of the company) stood at Rs 4017.8 crore in Q4FY26, 54% higher than Rs 2,636.97 crore reported in the year-ago period. Adani Power's net consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 14,223.09 crore.
Adani Power Operating Revenue
The company's operating revenue increased by 2.93% at Rs 14,559.97 crore against Rs 14,145.31 crore in Q4FY25, due to high plant uptime. Adani Power's continuing operating revenues stood at Rs 53,781.45 crore in FY26, against Rs 54,502.81 crore in FY25.
Adani Power's continuing EBITDA performance stood at Rs 5,572.64 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 5,097.62 crore reported in the previous quarters. Strong EBITDA growth was led by PPA tariff contribution and greater operating efficiency.
Adani Power Project Updates
Adani Power's project pipeline expanded as per the set timeline, stated the Adani portfolio firm in its press release. The cumulative work of Mahan Phase II 1,600 MW USCTPP reached 86%, Raipur Phase-II 1,600 MW USCTPP reached 54%, while Raigarh Phase-II 1,600 MW USCTPP reached 47%, as of March 31, 2026.
Adani Power's rapid capacity expansion was supported by extensive experience in project execution and the brownfield mode of development.
Adani Power Market Update
Tepid power demand and rising renewable penetration resulted in lower offtake under some Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and lower merchant volumes. Adani Power's merchant and short-term sale volume stood at 5.2 BU for Q4FY26, against 20.6BU for FY25. Adani Power's subsidiary, Moxie Power Generation, signed a 558 MW PPA with Tamil Nadu DISCOM for five years.
