In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Adani Total Gas informed stock exchanges that escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have prompted some of its gas suppliers to curtail supplies, affecting deliveries to certain industrial customers.

The company also referred to the Natural Gas (Supply Regulation) Order, 2026, issued on March 9, 2026, by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The order prioritises domestic gas allocation for PNG and CNG supplies in the transport segment, ensuring that essential fuel demand is met first.

In its exchange filing, Adani Total Gas said the company appreciates the government's prompt action in issuing the order and prioritising supplies for domestic PNG and CNG consumers, as well as for industrial and commercial PNG customers. The company added that it is currently assessing the impact of the supply situation and is taking necessary steps to mitigate any potential disruptions.
