Advik Capital Q3 Results: NBFC Stock Posts 457.82% Growth In Q3 Sales To Rs 209.63 Cr

At the end of Thursday's trading session, the market capitalization of Advik Capital Ltd, a small-cap NBFC, was registered at Rs 162.27 Cr. The company released its financial results for the quarter that ended on December 31, 2023. In the quarter that ended in December 2023, Advik Capital's net profit was Rs 0.46 crore, down 87.50% from Rs 3.68 crore reported in the year-ago quarter. Sales in Q3FY24 climbed 457.82% to Rs 209.63 crore from Rs 37.58 crore in Q3FY23.

"The Board has not recommended any interim dividend during this Quarter ended January 31,2023," said Advik Capital in a report.

Advik Capital is one of the Non-deposits taking Non- Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi. The company is engaged in the business of investing funds, providing financial support to industrial concerns through loans and advances, and managing the leasing business, including the buying, selling, hiring, and leasing of various types of equipment and machinery.
A valid RBI Certificate of Registration is in possession of the company. Furthermore, the company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Limited) and trades its shares there.

On Thursday, the shares of ADVIK CAPITAL ended on the BSE at a 5% lower circuit limit at Rs 3.79 apiece level. The scrip reached a 52-week-high of Rs 5.01 on (09/03/2023) and a 52-week-low of Rs 1.90 on (14/08/2023). During Q3FY24, the company reported promoters' shareholding of 21.80%, FIIs stake of 0.39%, and public stake of 77.82%. The number of shareholders of the company reached 74,470 in the December 2023 quarter compared to 32,998 in the September 2023 quarter or Q2FY24.
