India's leading airlines, Air India and IndiGo, have issued a travel advisory for April 6th, announcing limited flight operations to major Middle East destinations such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Both carriers are adjusting schedules to ensure passenger safety as the operational conditions in the West Asia region are still evolving.

Currently, the West Asia region is in a major escalation phase, with the conflict now in its second month. As per the latest reports, the US and Israeli strikes on Iran have triggered Iranian retaliation, disruptions in Gulf airspace, and serious concerns about a wider regional war.
US President Donald Trump has reportedly issued a fresh deadline to Iran over reopening the Strait of Hormuz, and Iran has rejected the ultimatum while warning of retaliation if its infrastructure is attacked. As per the latest reports, the deadline was extended to Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. ET.
