All sectors will be opened to private companies while state-owned enterprises will play an important role in defined areas, the Finance Minister said, while announcing the fifth and final tranche of the economic package.
"A new policy will specify strategic sectors requiring presence of state-run companies in public interest will be notified. In the notified sectors, at least one public sector enterprise will be present but private sector will also be allowed," the Finance Minister said.

Scroll down the page to the “Permission” section .

A pop up will open with all listed sites, select the option “ALLOW“, for the respective site under the status head to allow the notification.
Once the changes is done, click on the “Save Changes” option to save the changes.
Click it and Unblock the Notifications
