Alok Industries Share Crash Continues: Stock Plunges 11% To Fresh 52-Week Low, Falls 32% In 5 Days
The shares of Alok Industries hit a fresh 52-week low of Rs.7.57 apiece during the Tuesday's trading session falling as much as 10.9% intraday. This is the sixth straight session of declines.
At the end of today' s trading session, Alok Industries shares closed at Rs. 7.73 per share down by 9.06%. In just five days the stock has lost more than 32% and about 52% over the past year.

The current performance of Alok Industries shares continues a pattern that's been building for weeks. The stock broke below its prior 52-week low of Rs. 10.9 on August 27, then again to Rs. 9.16 on August 28 when it fell over 12% intraday that day, closing at Rs. 9.25, and has kept grinding lower since. So this is now the fourth fresh 52-week low in roughly a week.
Reliance Industries Limited held a 40.01% stake, and JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company held 34.99% as of June 2026. Also relevant if you want to reference it - BSE and NSE recently sought clarification from Alok Industries over a spike in trading volume, and the company responded that it has made all required SEBI disclosures.

The multiple day decline has not gone unnoticed by market regulators. BSE and NSE recently sought clarification from Alok Industries over a massive increase in the stock's trading volume. In its response to the exchanges, the company said, " we have made all disclosures required under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations" this rules out any undisclosed price-sensitive development behind the volume spike.
Alok Industries is currently majority-controlled by Reliance Industries Ltd, which held a 40.01% stake in the company as of June 2026. JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company held a further 34.99% stake as the second-largest shareholder.
