Aman Gupta Invests in Rosier Foods via SailThru Ventures to Boost Clean-Label Nutrition Growth
Co-founded by content creator and entrepreneur Gaurav Taneja, known as Flying Beast, along with Ankur Tyagi and Sumit Mishra, Rosier Foods focuses on A2 Gir cow ghee and organic pantry goods. The company positions itself around Indian food traditions and aims to build a trusted national presence in packaged nutrition.

Rosier Foods' A2 Gir cow ghee portfolio
The brand’s flagship A2 Gir cow ghee is made using the bilona method, which involves slow heating in earthen pots. This process is designed to protect taste, aroma, and nutritional properties. Rosier Foods also sells raw honey, Amlaprash, which is similar to Chyawanprash, and other organic pantry staples aimed at everyday household use.
Rosier Foods grounds its approach in Vedic food practices and a farm-to-table model. The company works directly with farmers to control sourcing, quality checks, and logistics. This oversight supports consistent product standards and stable unit economics, while also aligning with growing consumer interest in origin, authenticity, and minimal processing.
India’s health and wellness food market is shifting quickly as people pay closer attention to ingredients and labels. Consumers increasingly prefer products that are traceable, minimally processed, and rooted in traditional nutrition. This trend is driving strong interest in categories such as A2 dairy, raw honey, Ayurvedic formulations, and organic pantry essentials.
India’s Organic Food Market Set for 25–30% CAGR, Premium A2 and Ayurvedic Segments Drive D2C Growth
Industry estimates suggest India’s organic and natural foods sector may grow at a CAGR of about 25–30 percent in the coming years. Premium lines within this sector, including A2 dairy products and Ayurvedic blends, are expanding even faster. These conditions are supporting direct-to-consumer brands that prioritise transparency, indigenous sourcing, and long-term farmer partnerships.
Rosier Foods reports an annual recurring revenue of INR 100 crores and is targeting INR 150 crores ARR by FY 27. The company operates at a net profit margin of around 5–6 percent. Management highlights this as evidence of disciplined spending, sustainable growth, and a capital-efficient business structure.
The freshly raised funds are earmarked for stronger sourcing systems, better supply chain capacity, and wider farmer networks. Rosier Foods also plans investment in brand-building, new customer acquisition, and direct-to-consumer channels. Product innovation and portfolio expansion across high-growth wellness categories remain central to its next phase of expansion.
Aman Gupta said, "Consumers today are increasingly conscious about what they consume, and brands like Rosier Foods are addressing this shift with authenticity and purpose. Their focus on Vedic processes, quality sourcing, and farmer empowerment makes this a compelling opportunity. Through SailThru Ventures, we are excited to partner with Rosier Foods as they scale and build a trusted nutrition brand."
At the heart of Rosier Foods is a stated commitment to Indian farmers and native desi cow breeds. The company aims to create a direct farm-to-consumer ecosystem that assures quality and visibility for buyers. This model is also intended to offer fair value and more predictable demand for its farming partners across regions.
Gaurav Taneja, Sumit Mishra and Ankur Tyagi, Co-founders, Rosier Foods, said, "Our vision with Rosier Foods is to bring back the purity and nutritional richness of traditional Indian foods while building a brand rooted in quality, transparency, and farmer welfare. This partnership with Aman Gupta and SailThru Ventures strengthens our mission to scale responsibly, expand our reach, and create a meaningful impact while staying true to our roots."
