Amazon Business in India recorded 35% year-on-year sales growth in 2025, according to Director Mitranjan Bhaduri. The B2B platform lists over 19 crore products from more than 17 lakh sellers and offers bulk pricing. The company said customers realised over Rs 2,000 crore in benefits, with over 70% based in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
Amazon Business, Amazon India’s business-to-business platform, reported 35 per cent year-on-year growth in annual sales in 2025. Amazon Business Director Mitranjan Bhaduri shared the update on Thursday. The platform also said it helped Indian firms gain over Rs 2,000 crore in financial benefits and value in 2025.

Bhaduri said adoption was rising faster outside big cities. More than 70 per cent of Amazon Business customers are now in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The company said the Rs 2,000 crore figure includes benefits from discounts and cash back offers given to buyers.
Amazon Business growth in India and customer spread
Amazon Business runs on Amazon India’s main e-commerce platform, but business buyers use a different login. Bhaduri said pricing changes based on the bulk unit ordered by businesses for internal use. The company said categories like PCs, IT equipment, and office supplies continue to post strong growth.
Bhaduri said services firms and manufacturing units form two key customer groups for Amazon Business. Services companies often buy IT equipment, office supplies, furniture, pantry appliances, and housekeeping items. Manufacturing firms usually source tools, industrial equipment, and safety products needed for operations.
Amazon Business catalogue, sellers and global scale
Bhaduri said Amazon Business offers a catalogue of over 19 crore products from more than 17 lakh sellers across the marketplace. The company also repeated that claim for the India platform. Globally, Amazon Business has crossed USD 35 billion in annualised sales, based on the last publicly shared figure.
The company said its India unit is growing strongly, led by bulk buying and wider reach. It linked part of the customer value in 2025 to offers applied at checkout. Amazon Business maintained that its range of products and seller base support demand across many business needs.
