Prominent Buyers
The buyers of these shares include several renowned financial institutions and investment firms, such as ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Malabar India Fund, Bofa Securities Europe SA, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, and Valuequest Investment Advisors. This diverse group of buyers reflects the strong interest in Ami Organics' growth potential.
Shareholding Changes
The three individual shareholders who sold their shares are Dhwani Girishkumar Chovatia, Girishkumar Limbabhai Chovatia, and Kiranben Girishbhai Chovatia. Collectively, they disposed of 46 lakh shares of Ami Organics, representing a significant 12.5 per cent stake in the company.
Girishkumar Limbabhai Chovatia, in particular, exited the pharmaceutical firm by selling his entire holding of 19,70,430 shares, which constituted a 5.34 per cent stake in Ami Organics.
Dhwani Girishkumar Chovatia's stake in the company declined to 4.69 per cent from the previous 6.83 per cent, while Kiranben Girishbhai Chovatia's stake reduced from 5.53 per cent to a mere 0.55 per cent.
