Mahindra Logistics Ltd reported a remarkable 67% increase in its standalone profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter ending March 2024, reaching Rs 13.12 crore compared to the same period last year. In addition, the company declared a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share for its shareholders.

In an exchange filing, the company stated, "Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The dividend payout is subject to the members' approval at the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company."
Mahindra Group Company Announces Board Meeting Date
The company will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, on Monday, July 21, 2025. The filing further stated, "The final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, as recommended by the Board of Directors, and if approved at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched in permitted modes after Tuesday, 22 July 2025. The payment will be made within the stipulated timelines to shareholders or their mandates whose names appear as Beneficial Owners at the end of business hours on Friday, 11 July 2025 in the list of Beneficial Owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited in respect of shares held in dematerialised form."
Mahindra Logistics Annual Earnings Announcement for FY 2025
For the full financial year 2024-25, standalone PAT dropped by 30% to Rs 43.50 crore, compared to Rs 61.98 crore in FY24. However, revenue for the April-March period rose to Rs 5,013 crore, reflecting a 10% year-on-year growth from Rs 4,530 crore.
In the March 2024 quarter, the company's standalone PAT was Rs 7.86 crore, with revenue reaching Rs 1,293 crore, up from Rs 1,183 crore in the same quarter of FY24.
The company reported that the 11% year-on-year revenue growth was primarily driven by strong performance in third-party logistics (3PL), last-mile delivery (LMD), and cross-border services. Losses in the express business were reduced by 21%, while the EBITDA margin improved by 801 basis points due to effective cost optimization measures.
Mahindra Logistics: Previous Dividends
Since its listing in 2017, Mahindra Logistics has maintained a consistent dividend payout record, having declared seven dividends to date. Demonstrating a strong commitment to shareholder returns, the company announced a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share in the years 2021, 2023, and 2024. In 2022, shareholders received a final dividend of Rs 2 per share. This steady dividend history reflects the company's stable financial performance and its focus on delivering value to investors.
While announcing fourth-quarter results on Monday, Mahindra Logistics highlighted that the company continues to focus on expanding its operations, especially in the eastern and northeastern regions. Investments are being made in new warehouses, delivery stations, and express logistics.
