Asha Bhosle Health Update: Legendary singer Asha Bhosle, whose melodious voice has enchanted Bollywood audiences for decades, has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital after suffering a chest infection. The 92-year-old singer is currently undergoing treatment in Mumbai.

Earlier, several media outlets reported that Asha Bhosle suffered a cardiac arrest and was facing difficulty in breathing. However, her granddaughter clarified that exhaustion and a chest infection led to the treatment. She had also requested to maintain privacy.

Treatment is ongoing and hopefully everything will be well and we shall update you positively."

Asha Bhosle was born on September 8, 1933. She is the younger sister of the legendary playback singer Lata Mangeshkar. Asha Bhosle belongs to the prominent Mangeshkar family and has three other siblings, ie Usha Mangeshkar, Meena Khadikar, and brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar. They are the children of classical singer Deenanath Mangeshkar.
