Ashish Kacholia Multibagger Stock Allots Equity Shares And Warrants On A Preferential Basis

Multibagger stock Balu Forge Industries opened today on a green note by 3% in the pre-market session of Tuesday. The rally in the stock was witnessed after the company approved the issuance of equity shares and warrants on a preferential basis.

The Board of Directors have approved "The allotment of 30,00,014 (Thirty Lakhs & Fourteen) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at an issue price of Rs. 115.45/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifteen Rupees & Forty-Five Paisa Only) (including a premium of Rs. 105.45 per share) fully paid up upon exercising the option available with the Share Warrant Holder (person belonging to Promoter Category) to convert 30,00,014 (Thirty Lakhs & Fourteen) Convertible Warrants. The allotment has been made for cash, upon the receipt of the remaining exercise price of (being an equivalent amount to 75% of the issue price of Rs. 115.45) aggregating to Rs. 25,97,63,712/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Crore Ninety-Seven Lakhs Sixty-Three Thousand Seven hundred & Twelve Only), said Balu Forge Industries in a stock exchange filing.

Additionally, the Board has given its approval to the issue of up to 50,00,000 fully convertible warrants into equity shares on a preferential basis and up to 25,00,000 equity shares to individuals other than the promoters and promoter group.

The company has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jaspalsingh Chandock, as Chairman and Managing Director, the re-appointment of Mr. Trimaan Jaspalsingh Chandock, as Whole-Time Director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Jaikaran Jaspalsingh Chandock as Whole-Time Director, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Ashish Kacholia manages 21,65,500 shares of Balu Forge in his portfolio, or 2.23 percent of the company's entire paid-up capital, according to the shareholding pattern of Balu Forge Ltd for April to June 2023 quarter or Q1FY24.
