The agenda for this meeting includes the consideration and approval of both standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2024. These results will undergo a limited review by the bank's joint statutory auditors, as indicated in a recent stock exchange filing by the bank.

Furthermore, Axis Bank has planned an earnings call for analysts and investors on the same day of the results announcement, January 16, at 6:20 p.m. This session will provide an opportunity for the bank’s senior management to discuss the financial outcomes with participants, offering insights into the bank's performance and strategic direction.

Additionally, Axis Bank's net interest income witnessed a 9% year-on-year growth, reaching Rs 13,483 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal.
