Shares of AVI Polymers extended their winning streak on Tuesday, hitting the upper circuit for the second straight session. The rally was driven by renewed investor interest in the speciality chemicals stock, following the company's announcement of a board meeting to consider its Q4 results and a potential dividend.

AVI Polymers share price ended 4.95% higher at Rs 14.21 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 133.70 crore. The stock had touched the upper circuit for the second consecutive trading session.

AVI Polymers Q4 Result Date

AVI Polymers Limited's board meeting will be held on Monday, April 27, to consider and approve the fourth quarter results for the financial year 2025-26 and dividend.

The board meeting is scheduled to consider and approve "Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, building upon our record operational turnaround". The board may also consider and approve "dividend of up to 50% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting."

The meeting will also include a discussion on AVI Polymers' strategic expansion into healthcare technology. The board will "consider and approve the strategic roadmap and capital allocation for venturing into the high-growth Healthcare Technology sector. This expansion will be executed through our subsidiary, AVI Al Technologies," as per the BSE filing.

The company said that this healthcare technology push will run through its subsidiary AVI Al Technologies. Management described this as a major step towards a broader digital business model. As the company stated, "This expansion will be executed through our subsidiary, AVI Al Technologies, marking our next major step in building a diversified, Al-driven digital ecosystem."

Along with the expansion proposal, the company linked its possible dividend move to recent financial strength. In the filing dated 20 April, the company said, "This recommendation reflects the Board's commitment to consistently rewarding our shareholders following a period of robust profitability and debt-free capitalisation," signalling comfort over its balance sheet position.

AVI Polymers share price ended in green on Tuesday. The stock had touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 29.41 per share on BSE on Friday. The stock had dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 5.43 per share on November 3, 2025. Its return on equity (ROE) stood at 205.13%. The stock has delivered 209% returns in two years.
