Bangalore Cubbon Park Flower Show 2025, which began this week, features a range of installations made with flowers and fruit. The event, organised by the Department of Horticulture, began on Thursday, November 27, and will conclude on Sunday, December 7.

The route from the Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar statue to Bal Bhavan is now a colourful walkway, marking what could become an annual event.

The floral show begins every day at 6 am and remains open till 7 pm. Cubbon Park Flower Show, which is expected to draw lakhs of visitors during weekend, begins at Fountain Circle near the Bandstand and ends at Bal Bhavan Gate. The corridor has been designed for one-way movement to manage crowds efficiently.

This year's show features more than 50,000 flower pots with rare blooms from India and abroad. Themed installations celebrate the twin occasions, offering a grand spectacle. A budget of nearly Rs 40 lakh has been allocated for this inaugural event, inspired by Bengaluru's renowned Lalbagh flower shows during Independence Day and Republic Day.
