Bangalore is known for its pleasant weather, however, people in the metro city have been witnessing a severe rise in temperature over the past few days. The IMD, in its latest weather report, had predicted mild rain in Bangalore on Sunday and Monday. Several Karnataka districts are likely to experience mild rainfall on Monday, including Udupi and other districts of Daskhina Kannada.

Despite IMD prediction of mild showers on Sunday, only 0.1 mm of rainfall was recorded in Bangalore on April 6.
