The holidays for banks in India are decided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under two categories, namely Negotiable Instruments Act and Banks' Closing of Accounts. However, in the country, bank holidays vary on a regional basis, state-wise, and national holidays. That being said, in the coming week from September 15th to September 21st, banks will be closed for two days, but it won't be applicable to all cities, only for certain areas.
Also, in the coming week, banks will not have any Saturday holiday, since it's the third Saturday, which is a working day.

It was founded by Hajjom Kissor Singh in 1887. Unitarian Day, held annually on 18 September in honor of the church's founding, has been a state holiday in Meghalaya since 1908, as per Wikipedia.
Apart from this, banks will be closed on September 21, which is Sunday. All banks in India will be closed on this Day.
