Bengaluru Lalbagh Flower Show 2026: Ticket Prices Change On Weekend, How To Book Tickets Online?

The popular Lalbagh Flower Show is back in Bengaluru. The 219th show at Lalbagh Botanical Garden has begun from January 14 and will continue till Republic Day, January 26. This year's theme is Poornachandra Tejaswi who was a prominent Indian writer and novelist in Kannada. As much as 95 flower varieties are being displayed for viewers. Notably, a staggering 32 lakh flowers will be presented during this show, of which, 27 lakhs are grown in Lalbagh itself. Other flowers are sourced from regions like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Darjeeling and Wayanad.

What to expect at the Lalbagh Flower Show 2026?

As per Karnataka.com, the 219th edition of the Lalbagh flower show will honour the noted writer, novelist, environmentalist, photographer and nature lover. Hence, the flower show will showcase important moments from his writings, animal sculptures, rural life, forests, etc., all recreated through flowers. Also, the flower show will present appealing village scenes inspired by the Biligirirangana Hills, flowing streams, hills and animal sculptures etc.,

Furthermore, the flower show will showcase folk culture with dollu kunita displays, 400 Naru Beru (fibre and root) sculptures by artist Nagaraj from Nandi Hills and around 35 big wood carvings, carved out of the fallen trees of the Lalbagh garden.

Additionally, the show will display photo gallery featuring around 150 bird photos and 250 entomological specimens, in-line with Tejaswi's interest. Not just that, the show will showcase at least 300 varieties of wild fruits which will be both edible and non-edible.

Lalbagh Flower Show 2026 Tickets:

Weekdays: The ticket price is Rs 80 for adults.
Weekend: However, on weekend, the prices change to Rs 100 for adults.
Children: For children below 12 years of age, the ticket price is just Rs 30.
