Bengaluru Power Cut Alert: The city of Bengaluru will continue to struggle with power outages for the remaining days of September month. On Friday, the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM ) has announced nearly 8-hour-long power outages from 9 am to 5 pm to facilitate the stringing of HTLS conductor on the single-circuit Sarjapur-Attibele 66KV line. Many areas in the city will be impacted.
Bengaluru Power Cut:
According to the latest release, BESCOM has said that there will be no power supply from September 19 to September 21st to facilitate the stringing of HTLS conductor on the single-circuit Sarjapur-Attibele 66KV line.
Bengaluru Power Cut: Areas Affected On September 19:
Bengaluru Power Cut From September 18 To September 30:
BESCOM said that it will work for a separate agricultural feeder which is undertaken under the Atal Bhujal scheme with the scope of Part-1. And, accordingly, there will be disruption in power supply in many places from 10 am to 6 pm.
Bengaluru Power Cut On September 21, 23, 25, 27, and 29:
Areas that will be impacted from 10 am to 6 pm are --- B.B. Palya, Hosahalli, Gubbi Gate, Ring Road, Harohalli, Honnemanahalli, Hebbala, Kuppuru, D.M. Palya, PNR Palya, Narsapura, K.G. Palya, Bhajantri Palya, and surrounding localities.
Bengaluru Power Cut From September 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30:
Areas like B.B. Palya, Hosahalli, Gubbi Gate, Ring Road, Harohalli, Honnemanahalli, Hebbala, Kuppuru, D.M. Palya, PNR Palya, Narsapura, K.G. Palya, Bhajantri Palya, and surrounding localities will be impacted.
Many areas of Tumkur city will also be impacted.
BESCOM Advisory In Power Cuts:
BESOM advises citizens to plan their activity accordingly for avoiding inconvenience. It suggested citizens to have emergency electricity backup power sources along with sufficient water and food supplies.
