Several localities in and around Bengaluru will experience a scheduled power outage today, January 2nd, as electricity authorities will carry out quarterly maintenance work at the Bandihalli substation, BESCOM confirmed in an X post.

The Bengaluru power cut will be effective from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, affecting residential neighbourhoods, commercial areas, and other electricity consumers connected to the Bandihalli substation.
