Bharti Telecom, co-owned by Sunil Bharti Mittal family and Singapore-based Singtel, has increased its stake in Bharti Airtel to 39.7% from 38.35% through an open market transaction.
Bharti Telecom, the promoter firm of Bharti Airtel, India's second-largest telecom services provider, has acquired an additional 1.35 per cent stake in the company through an open market transaction.
