Indian telecom giant Bharti Airtel is set to release its financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4) and full year ending March 31, 2025, on Tuesday, May 13. The company confirmed the scheduled board meeting in an exchange filing dated April 25.

In the filing, the Sunil Mittal-led telecom provider stated that its Board of Directors will convene to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for Q4 and FY25. The disclosure aligns with SEBI regulations on listing obligations and disclosure requirements.

The company stated, "Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended on March 31, 2025."
As per standard compliance practice, Airtel also announced that its trading window remains closed from April 1 to May 15, 2025, to prevent insider trading ahead of the earnings announcement.

Although the exact time of the Q4 disclosure has not been confirmed, Bharti Airtel released its Q3 FY25 results around 4:44 PM on February 6, 2025, indicating a similar timeline may be followed this quarter.

During the day, the stock hit a high of Rs 1,883.40 and a low of Rs 1,854.00, showing some ups and downs in trading. Despite the fluctuations, the stock moved into a steady upward trend by the end of the session.

Airtel Net Profit: In the third quarter, Bharti Airtel posted a significant rise in profitability, reporting a net profit of Rs 14,781 crore. On an adjusted basis-excluding exceptional items-the profit after tax (PAT) rose 121% YoY to Rs 5,514 crore, compared to Rs 2,442 crore in the same period last year.
Airtel Revenue and EBITDA: The company also recorded a 19% year-on-year (YoY) increase in operating revenue, reaching Rs 45,129 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 24% YoY to Rs 24,480 crore.
Airtel ARPU: One of the key operational metrics of Bharti Airtel, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), improved to Rs 245, up from Rs 208 in Q3 of the previous fiscal year.
