BHEL Q4 Result Highlights: Maharatna PSU’s Profit Zooms 154%, BHEL Stock At 52-Week High, Dividend Declared

BHEL Q4 Result Highlight: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), on Monday, May 4, reported a net standalone profit of Rs 1283 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26. BHEL also announced dividend for FY26. BHEL's q4 profit was driven by strong execution in the power segment.

BHEL share price zoomed to nearly 8% in Monday's trading session after the Maharatna PSU announced its Q4FY26 result. BHEL share price was trading 6.9% higher on NSE at 12:57 pm at Rs 378 per share with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,31,151.92 crore (total).

BHEL Q4 Result Highlights

BHEL's net standalone profit stood at Rs 1283 crore in Q4FY26, up 154.47 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 504.05 crore reported in Q4FY25. BHEL's net profit stood at Rs 382.49 crore in Q3FY26.

BHEL's net revenue from operations increased to Rs 12310.37 crore in Q4FY 26 against Rs 8993.37 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company's net revenue stood at Rs 8473.10 crore in Q3FY26.

Strong execution in the power segment helped the company to strengthen its revenue growth during the quarter under review. BHEL's Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) saw a sharp uptick in Q4FY26 as it more than doubled to Rs 1,754 crore from Rs 832 crore.

BHEL Dividend

BHEL's board of directors, on Monday, also recommended final dividend of Rs 1.4 per share for eligible shareholders. "The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.40 per share of Rs. 2/-each (i .e. @ 70% on the paid up share capital of the Company) for FY 2025-26. Final Dividend, if declared by the Company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting," read a BSE filing shared by the company on Monday.

BHEL Share Price Trend

BHEL share price opened higher on Monday. The stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 399 per share on May 4. The Maharatna PSU stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 205.12 per share on August 29, 2025. Its share price value has jumped close to 51.81% in one month and has surged around 29.23% since the beginning of the year 2026 (YTD).
