Bihar Voter List 2025: How to Check Your Name in SIR Final Electoral Roll and Download Voter ID Online

The Bihar Voter List 2025 has been officially released ahead of the upcoming elections in the state. The State Election Commission has published the SIR (Special Integrated Revision) Final List, allowing citizens to verify their names and voter details online with ease. Checking your name in the voter list is very important to ensure hassle-free participation in the democratic process. Residents of Bihar will be able to check their names in the Bihar Voter List 2025 Final SIR List.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has released the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Final Voter List 2025 for Bihar. Eligible voters can now verify their names, make corrections if needed, and download their digital Voter ID (E-EPIC) online. The entire process is very simple and can be completed from home using the official Election Commission portals or the Voter Helpline App.

Step 1: Check Your Name in the Bihar SIR Final Voter List 2025

• To confirm your voter registration, visit the Bihar CEO official website ceoelection.bihar.gov.in or the National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) at voters.eci.gov.in.
• On the homepage, select the option "SIR Final Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01.07.2025" or "Download SIR Final Roll".
• Choose your district, assembly constituency, language, and roll type (Final Roll 2025).
• Search your name using your EPIC number, mobile number, or by entering your name, date of birth, and father's name.
• After filling in the captcha, click on "Search".
• If your name appears, you can download the PDF voter list for your polling station or full Assembly Constituency.

Step 2: Download Your Digital Voter ID (E-EPIC)

• Voters can also download their digital Voter ID card (E-EPIC) in PDF format:
• Users can visit voters.eci.gov.in/home/e-epic-download or services.india.gov.in.
• Log in using your EPIC number, registered mobile number, and select Bihar as your state.
• Verify the OTP sent to your mobile number.
• Once authenticated, click Download E-EPIC to get your voter ID digitally.

Step 3: If Your Name Is Missing or Incorrect

If your name is not listed in the Bihar SIR Final Voter List 2025, or if there are any discrepancies, you can file corrections or request inclusion through Form 6 on the NVSP portal or Voter Helpline App.

Corrections and new additions will be accepted up to 10 days before the last date of nominations for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.

Step 4: Check via Voter Helpline App

Alternatively, voters can use the Voter Helpline mobile app, available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
