Blue Cloud Softech Reports 19.6% Jump In Profit; Shares Remain Focus on Monday
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited reported stronger earnings for FY26 and also confirmed a change in promoter classification, signalling a key phase for the company's financial position, ownership profile and growth plans that follow a series of acquisitions in software and digital services.
The group's consolidated net profit for the year ended 31 March 2026 rose 19.6% to ₹6,049.51 lakh, compared with ₹4,426.92 lakh in FY25, while revenue from operations increased to ₹1,00,190.09 lakh from ₹79,685.59 lakh, and standalone profit reached ₹4,384.69 lakh.

On a standalone basis, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited reported revenue from operations of ₹63,702.15 lakh in FY26, up from ₹50,203.43 lakh in FY25, and the standalone entity's total income for FY26 stood at ₹63,760.78 lakh against ₹50,224.05 lakh previously, with total expenses rising to ₹57,026.92 lakh from ₹45,307.39 lakh.
For the quarter ended 31 March 2026, the company's consolidated net profit amounted to ₹1,210.87 lakh on revenue from operations of ₹27,752.30 lakh, while standalone performance for the same quarter showed a net profit of ₹540.78 lakh and revenue of ₹13,957.47 lakh, reflecting the impact of acquisitions and extended operations during the closing quarter.
The board of directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, and statutory auditors JMT & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on these results, confirming adherence to Indian Accounting Standards and the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The consolidated balance sheet as at 31 March 2026 reflected a steep expansion in total assets to ₹1,36,724.98 lakh from ₹35,069.61 lakh a year earlier, mainly due to goodwill of ₹55,208.58 lakh and other intangible assets of ₹40,944.20 lakh recognised after recent acquisitions, while total equity increased to ₹92,299.55 lakh from ₹12,180.15 lakh.
From a cash flow perspective, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited generated ₹20,792.96 lakh from operating activities during FY26, whereas net cash used in investing activities reached ₹93,512.75 lakh, largely driven by purchases of fixed assets and consolidation-related goodwill, highlighting the cash outlay tied to its expansion strategy.
The company's FY26 consolidated numbers include results from IT Corpz INC, a wholly owned foreign subsidiary, as well as AIS Anywhere, which became a wholly owned foreign subsidiary on 10 December 2025, and Blubio Sciences SPV Limited, classified as an associate after a 25% equity stake was acquired on 27 March 2026.

Alongside its financial disclosures, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited reported that Duranta Power Projects Private Limited and Newton Power Private Limited have been moved from the promoter group category to the public category, following an open offer completed on 25 August 2023 that transferred management and control to ITTB Software Private Limited, Janaki Yarlagadda and Janardhana Doranala Sarma.
