In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, the Bank of Baroda has released a list of important numbers for its customers and account holders. Customers can opt to use banking services from home in order to comply with COVID-19 regulations at bank branches. Bank of Baroda assists its customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week by easy and convenient methods as a result it has announced the following banking facilities and numbers:

You can give a missed call on 8468001111 to know your account balance.
You can give a missed call on 8468001122 to know the last 5 transactions of your account.
You can call at toll-free numbers 18002584455/ 18001024455 to conduct all banking services.
To avail WhatsApp banking services you send a message at 8433888777 from your WhatsApp account. Blocking debit card, checking account balance, checking cheque status, interest rates and services, and mini statements are some of the Whatsapp banking services that can be availed without visiting your nearest bank branch.

 

Fraudsters utilize email or text messages to persuade you to provide confidential information. Due to 2nd phase of lockdown around the country, online transactions has growing rapidly which is resulting in tons of phishing activities. Keeping this concern in mind, Bank of Baroda has also launched a video of 20 secs on its Twitter handle to verify the authenticity of a website. The bank has stated that "Beware of malicious messages & e-mails which try to lure you through free gifts, heavy discounts & more. Ignore them. #StaySafeBankSafe with #BankofBaroda".
