TCS, Vedanta, Anand Rathi, 10 Other Stocks: Bonus, Splits, Dividends, Rights Issues From October 12–16

A total of 13 stocks are scheduled to ex-date from the trading week of October 12th to 16th. Among them, four stocks will be ex-dividend, with the highest payout of Rs 12 per share by TCS, followed by one 1:1 bonus issue and two stock splits in the ratio of 1:5. The week will be flooded with four stocks carrying their rights issues. Among popular stocks are Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Anand Rathi, Vedanta, and Ola Electric.

1:5 Bonus Issue Next Week

JOJO Ltd will be the first stock next week to turn ex-date for 1:1 bonus issue ratio on October 12, 2026. This will also be the record date to determine eligible shareholders. The ratio of 1:1 mean that 1 free share will be rewarded on 1 existing equity share to eligible investors.

1:5 Stocks Split Next Week

Two stocks will turn ex-split for 1:5 ratio each. The first will be Samor Reality on October 15 for stock split from Rs 10 to Rs 2. October 15 is also the record date to determine eligible shareholders. The split will lead to decline in face value from Rs 10 per share to Rs 2, while 1 existing equity share will be subdivided into 5 shares. The share price value will be adjusted accordingly.

Another stock split is of Rs 5 to Re 1 per share by Bansal Wire Industries on October 16, which is also the record date. Eligible investors' 1 equity share will be sub-divided into 5 shares.

Companies carry out stock split to improve liquidity and make the stock cheaper for existing and new shareholders.

Rs 23 Dividend Stocks Next Week

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will lead the dividend segment next week. The Tata Group behemoth has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 12 per share for FY27 and will determine eligible shareholders on record date, October 14th, which will also be the ex-date. Investors will get Rs 12 on every per share. If you hold 100 shares, you will get Rs 1200, the dividend amount will rise to Rs 12,000 if you hold 1,000 TCS shares. The dividends will be credited in bank accounts linked to demat accounts by October 30, 2026.

On October 14th, another behemoth will turn ex-dividend. Vedanta declared its first interim dividend of Rs 5 per share for the financial year 2026-27. The face value of the dividend is Re 1 each. While the total payout is to the tune of whopping Rs 1,955 crore.

Going ahead, Anand Rathi Wealth will turn ex-dividend for an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share on October 15. Lastly, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company is scheduled to be ex-dividend on October 16th for interim dividend of Rs 2 per share.

In total, these four companies will turn ex-dividend for payouts of up to Rs 23 per share. The highest dividend stock next week is TCS.

Rights Issues Next Week

Ola Electric fixed October 13th as the record date to identify shareholders for its rights issue. The online taxi services provider, will issue 37.03 crore partly paid-up equity shares at an premium price of Rs 17 per share. Eligible investors will be entitled to get 2 rights shares on their existing 25 equity shares in Ola Electric.

Another rights issue is of 1,96,68,019 equity shares worth Rs 19.66 crore by Continental Controls. The company fixed October 14th as the record date to determine shareholders who will receive 16 rights shares for every 5 equity shares held.

Shivam Autotech has fixed October 15 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for rights entitlement ratio of 19:25. The company announced rights issue worth Rs 1,440 crore, comprising of 120 crore equity shares at an issue price of Rs 12 apiece.

On October 15, Shraddha Prime Projects will also determine eligible shareholders for rights entitlement ratio of 3:20. The company will carry rights issue worth Rs 96.96 crore, comprising of 0.61 crore equity shares at an issue price of Rs 160 apiece.
