BRICS CCI WE Launches Third Edition of Global Women Leadership Programme for Aspiring Female Leaders

The BRICS CCI WE, the women's division of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has introduced the third edition of its Global Women Leadership Programme (GWLP) 2025. This initiative includes nearly 40 participants from BRICS plus nations. It aims to support future women leaders in various fields through a hybrid mentorship and learning module, according to a release by BRICS CCI WE.

Programme Structure and Objectives

The GWLP is designed to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills over four months. Knowledge partners ThinkStartup and sheatwork have curated the programme. It covers global market strategies, business planning for growth, personal development, and leadership for international success. Participants can improve their leadership abilities, build global networks, and learn from experienced professionals.

Ruby Sinha, President of BRICS CCI WE and founder of sheatwork, highlighted the programme's benefits during the opening session. "GWLP participants have the opportunity to elevate their leadership skills, foster global connections and gain insights from seasoned professionals and global leaders," she stated. The programme will conclude with the Ideas Pitch Fest and a Convocation Ceremony.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

BRICS CCI WE serves as the women's empowerment arm of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This non-profit organisation has been promoting trade in BRICS plus nations since 2012. The women's wing focuses on creating a supportive environment for women entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide.

The Ideas Pitch Fest will allow participants to present their ventures to industry leaders and investors. This event provides a platform for showcasing innovative ideas and receiving valuable feedback. The programme's structure ensures that participants gain practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge.

The GWLP 2025 offers aspiring female leaders a launchpad through its comprehensive module.
