Budget 2022: Which Infrastructure Investment Expect From Government To Booster Indian Economy?

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is now presenting Budget 2022, Modi 2.0's fourth budget. FM Sitharaman has announced several infrastructure programs to boost the infrastructure in the country. While delivering the Union Budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman stated that the country will expand at a rate of 9.27 percent in the following year.

The announcement includes infrastructure development in the border areas, Northeastern region, and the improvement in the existing development that is going on in the country. She said the government is continually working to ensure that all parts of society, especially the middle classes, have access to the required ecosystem.

Under the Infrastructure boost in the country, she announced during FY 22-23, the national highway network would be extended by 25,000 kilometers, 2,000 km will be placed under Kavach. To enhance digital infrastructure, a Desh stack e-portal will be established. In FY23, four contracts for multi-modal national parks will be issued. A single product will be promoted at a single railway station, and 400 new Vande Bharat trains will be introduced. And PM Gati Shakti will propel the economy ahead, creating more employment and opportunity for young people.
