As per a DT Next report, Power supply will be suspended in parts of Chennai on Wednesday, June 24, as electricity workers take up scheduled maintenance across several neighbourhoods. The shutdown is expected to run from 9 am to 2 pm, with supply likely to be restored earlier if the work is completed ahead of schedule.

The planned power outage is likely to impact areas under Sembium, Pallavaram and Ennore. Residents, small businesses, offices and commercial establishments in the listed localities are advised to plan their essential electricity use before the power cut window begins.

When Will Chennai Power Supply Resume on June 24?

The power supply will resume before 2 pm if the scheduled maintenance work is completed.
