As per the official schedule, The ipo allotment date is expected on April 24 while listing on BSE & NSE is likely on April 29TH. The Citius transnet ipo is worth Rs. 1,105 cr with the price band fixed at Rs. 99 to Rs. 100 per unit, with a minimum investment of 150 units worth Rs. 15,000

The issue is being managed by leading firms such as Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, and Ambit Pvt. Ltd., while the registrar is KFin Technologies Ltd.

About Citius TransNet Investment Trust

The Citius transnet investment trust is an infrastructure investment trust (invIT) focused on owning and operating road assets across India. The trust earns revenue through toll collections, annuity payments, and infrastructure cash flows. Its portfolio includes 10 assets (7 toll and 3 annuity projects) spanning around 3,406 lane-km across nine states, offering strong geographic diversification. Many of these assets have an operational history of over 10-15 years, which supports relatively stable cash flows a key factor investors consider in invIT ipo analysis.

The trust is managed by EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited, while the sponsor is Epic Transnet Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

Use of IPO Proceeds

From a citius transnet invit financials perspective, the trust reported total revenue of Rs. 1,987 crore in FY25. Of this Toll assets contributed around 82% (Rs. 1,563 crore) and the Annuity assets contributed about 18% (Rs. 336 crore)
However, the trust reported a net loss of Rs. 417.75 crore in FY25, though this is an improvement from Rs. 774.12 crore loss in FY24. Despite losses, operating cash flows are positive.
