As per sources with knowledge on the matter, Coffee Day Enterprises has sought additional time from stock exchanges to release its audited results for the first half of the FY.

Earlier, the company has been warned by the exchanges of trading suspension from February 3 for not complying with the listing norms. The stock exchanges has set the deadline to come out with the audited results by January 29, 2020. Unaudited results for the quarter ended October were however released on Wednesday.
Further, the company informed that currently the alleged suicide of VG Siddhartha is being probed by the CBI and after its completed the company would release its consolidated financial results.
Coffee Day Enterprises stock was last quoting higher by 4.87% at Rs. 32.30 per share on the NSE.
