Coolie Worldwide Box Office Collection: After shattering multiple records, Rajinikanth's action drama, Coolie: The Powerhouse, is losing steam at the box office. The movie saw a significant decline in its box office collection over the past few days. However, the weekend may help the movie regain its ground on the silver screen.
Coolie box office collection on day 9, ie Friday, stood at Rs 5.5 crore, taking its total box office collection (India net) to Rs 235.15 crore, according to Sacnilk. Here are all the details about Coolie worldwide box office collection.

Rajinikanth's Coolie worldwide box office collection stood at Rs 439 crore. Whereas, its collection in India stood at Rs 236.55 crore (Net). Coolie Box Office Collection (India Gross) stood at Rs 272 crore, according to Sacnilk. Whereas the movie's overseas collection stood at Rs 167 crore.
The movie was released against the much-awaited sequel of Yash Raj Films' Spyverse, ie War 2. However, Rajinikanth's multi-starrer featuring Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, etc, outshone Hrithik Roshan-Junior NTR starrer spy drama.

The movie's first week collection stood at Rs 229.65 crore, which included Rs 149.95 crore in Tamil, Rs 26.05 crore in Hindi, Rs 51.6 crore in Telugu, and Rs 2.05 crore in Kannada.

The movie had an overall 20.39% Tamil Occupancy on Friday, with Vellore, Dundigul, Trichy, and other cities having an occupancy above 25%. The movie had an overall occupancy of 10.18% in the Hindi version on Friday, with Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Lucknow witnessing a decent audience.

The ongoing weekend is expected to boost Coolie box office collection. However, the final numbers wil be out by the end of Saturday. In terms of box office opening, the movie has already outpaced blockbuster hits like Saiyaara, Chaava, War 2, Empuran, etc, to become the biggest Indian grosser of 2025.
The film has been directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director behind projects such as Karthi's "Kaithi", Vijay's "Master" and "Leo", and Kamal Haasan's "Vikram". It released in worldwide theatres on August 14, alongside Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan's "War 2".According to the trade tracking website Sacnilk, the film opened with Rs 65 crore nett at the domestic box office.
