Cooperative Movement Catalyses Socio-Economic Transformation in India: Om Birla

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla highlighted the significant impact of cooperative institutions in India during an event on Sunday. Speaking at the annual convention of Hitkari Cooperative Shikshan Samiti in Kota, Rajasthan, he emphasised the transformative role of the cooperative movement in the country's socio-economic landscape.

Birla, who represents Kota-Bundi in Parliament, stated that the cooperative movement has brought about a substantial change in the socio-economic fabric of India. Suraj Birla, President of Hitkari Shikshan Samiti, along with Hari Krishan Birla and Rajesh Birla, were also in attendance. A large number of samiti members and associates participated in the event.
