Aditya Infotech Q4 FY26 results: CP Plus profit triples as Taiwan R&D subsidiary is formed
Surveillance technology firm Aditya Infotech, which operates under the CP Plus brand, reported a sharp rise in earnings for the March 2026 quarter. Consolidated profit after tax rose to Rs 169 crore for the quarter ended March 31, a company filing said on Wednesday. The company had reported PAT of Rs 55 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue also rose strongly during the quarter. Revenue from operations increased 45 per cent to Rs 1,422 crore in the March 2026 quarter, from Rs 977 crore a year earlier. CP Plus also said it has set up a new overseas unit. The subsidiary is based in Taiwan and will focus on research work.
CP Plus revenue and profit growth in FY26
For the full financial year, CP Plus reported a smaller rise in profit than the quarterly jump. In FY26, PAT increased 4.7 per cent to Rs 368 crore, from Rs 351 crore in FY25. Annual revenue from operations grew 35.6 per cent to Rs 4,221 crore in FY26, from Rs 3,112 crore in the previous year.
CP Plus Taiwan subsidiary and R&D investment
CP Plus said it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Taiwan, Aditya Infotech Taiwan. The unit will be engaged in research and development linked to security and surveillance equipment. The company said it will invest about Rs 3.8 crore in the share capital of Aditya Infotech Taiwan. The filing did not give a timeline for outputs.
CP Plus manufacturing expansion plans and Kadapa plant
CP Plus said it plans to double its current production capacity of 25 lakh units per month over the next two years. The expansion will be funded through internal accruals. It has proposed acquiring additional land in Kadapa. CP Plus is also assessing another land parcel in northern India for future needs.
The company said its Lens assembly line is in the trial phase. The initial capacity is 3 lakh lenses per month. CP Plus said the line can be scaled to 10 lakh lenses per month. It has ordered machines for automated lenses. The company linked this work to its wider manufacturing ramp-up.
Construction of the new Housing and Enclosure Plant in Kadapa is progressing as planned, the company said. The facility is expected to start operations in two phases. Phase 1 is planned for Q2 of FY2027. Phase 2 is planned for Q4 of FY 2027, with annual capacity of 3 crore units.
CP Plus joint venture with Orient Cables for cables
CP Plus said it has signed a joint venture agreement with Orient Cables for LAN and CCTV cable manufacturing. The proposed Rajasthan facility will cover about 1 lakh square feet. The company said commercial operations are expected to begin between Q2 and Q3 FY2027. The update came alongside its quarterly and annual results.
