Crisil Limited, a leading BSE 500 company, has announced a third interim dividend of Rs. 16 per equity share for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The record date to determine shareholders eligible for this dividend is October 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is also fixed for the same day. The dividend payment will be made on November 6, 2025.

According to the company's filing, "The Board of Directors has approved the payment of a third interim dividend of Rs. 16 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for FY25, payable on November 6, 2025."
The ex-dividend date marks the day when the stock begins trading without the value of the upcoming dividend, and investors who purchase shares on or after this date will not be eligible for the dividend payout.

According to a recent report by Pune e-Stock Broking Limited, Crisil Limited is currently trading at an attractive price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 46.2x (TTM), which the brokerage considers compelling given the company's premium business mix, strong operating margins, and industry-leading return on equity (ROE) of over 28%.
The brokerage firm has assigned a 'BUY' rating on Crisil with a current market price (CMP) of Rs. 4,580 and a market capitalisation of Rs. 33,500 crore, projecting a potential upside of 21% from current levels.
CRISIL Q2 FY26 Results: Profit Rises 12.6%, Revenue Up 12.2% YoY
CRISIL Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025, along with a dividend declaration.
For the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26), CRISIL's consolidated income from operations grew 12.2% year-on-year to Rs. 911.2 crore, compared to Rs. 811.8 crore in the same period last year. The company's total consolidated income climbed 13.8% to Rs. 948.2 crore, as against Rs. 833.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter rose 14.8% to Rs. 262.3 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 12.6% to Rs. 193.1 crore, up from Rs. 171.6 crore a year ago.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, CRISIL's income from operations advanced 9.4% to Rs. 2,567.4 crore, compared to Rs. 2,346.9 crore during the same period last year. Total income stood at Rs. 2,646.9 crore, up 9.9% year-on-year, while PBT improved 13.1% to Rs. 714.5 crore. The company's PAT also jumped 14.2%, reaching Rs. 524.5 crore, compared with Rs. 459.4 crore in the previous year.
