After CRISIL Limited announced an interim dividend for shareholders that would be paid in May and delivered strong Q4FY25 results, including a 16% increase in profit, the company's shares closed Wednesday's trading session 1.29% higher at Rs 4,453 a share, with a market capitalization of Rs 32,564.80 Cr.

CRISIL Q4 Results
For the quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, Crisil's consolidated income from operations climbed 10.2% to 813.2 crore from Rs 737.7 crore in the same period the year before. Compared to 758.8 crore in the Q4FY24, the consolidated total income for Q4FY25, increased 11.2% to Rs 843.8 crore. In the quarter that concluded on March 31, 2025, profit before tax improved 16.3% to Rs 227.3 crore from Rs 195.5 crore in the same period the year before. The net profit increased by 16.1% to Rs 159.8 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 137.7 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

CRISIL Dividend
"The Board of Directors has also recommended interim dividend of Rs. 8, per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, which will be paid on May 19, 2025," said the company in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
Crisil Share Price Target
"CRISIL remains strong on the charts after a recent breakout above the ₹4,300 resistance zone. The stock is in a clear uptrend with rising volume and strong relative strength. RSI is comfortably placed in bullish territory, suggesting continued upside potential. As long as it holds above ₹4,350, the rally may extend towards ₹4,600-₹4,750 in the near term. Minor pullbacks near ₹4,350-₹4,370 are likely to be bought into," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
