The total crypto market volume over the past 24 hours increased 38.08% to $42.01 Billion, according to CoinMarketCap data. The total volume in DeFi stood at $2.3 Billion, 5.49% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume. The volume of all stablecoins is now $40 Billion, which is 95.21% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume.

Meanwhile, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decision on several proposals for spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), including BlackRock, ahead of an anticipated government shutdown.

Ethereum price extended gains on Saturday as it was up 1.15% at $1,671.29 per token. At this price, the market cap of the world's second-largest cryptocurrency Ethereum has increased by over 1% at $200,980,190,217.
