Defence Stock in Focus: Shares of Shree Refrigerations Limited will remain in focus on Monday after the company inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Karad, Maharashtra, on Saturday, June 20. According to the company, the new facility is expected to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce logistical delays.
Shree Refrigerations share price closed 7.62% higher at Rs 361.05 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1292.43 crore on Friday, June 20. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 364.75 per share and an intraday low of Rs 339.85 per share.

Inauguration of Defence Manufacturing Facility
The Maharashtra-headquartered company inaugurated its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Karad, Maharashtra on Saturday, June 20. The new facility included advanced manufacturing equipment like robotic processes, including shot blasting and painting.
"With this, the company's manufacturing footprint gets enhanced by 50,000 square feet, with the possibility of adding an additional 50,000 square feet, to meet future expansion requirements. It has been developed in compliance with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) standards," as per the company press release.
Shree Refrigerations is a dominant defence-focused manufacturer of advanced refrigerators and HVAC systems. "In the initial phase of the new facility, our focus will be on improving efficiency and strengthening the supply chain. This will improve manufacturing time and reduce logistical delays. The facility will also contribute to local employment generation and support the growth of the domestic manufacturing ecosystem," said R. G. Shende, Chairman and Managing Director of Shree Refrigerations Limited.
Shree Refrigeration Share Price Trend
The stock closed higher on Friday. It touched tis 52-week high mark of Rs 383.40 per share on June 17, 2026. The stock dipped to itsd 52-week low mark of Rs 153 per share on August 7, 2025. Its share price value has surged 85% year to date and around 87% in six months.
Shree Refrigerations FY 26 Result
Shree Refrigerations reported a standalone profit of Rs 21.4 crore in the financial year 2025-26, which is 64% higher than Rs 13 crore reported in FY 25. Shree Refrigerations EBITDA increased by 21.8% on an annual basis to Rs 32.8 crore in FY 26. The company's revenue from operations jumped around 55% on an annual basis to Rs 153.5 crore against Rs 98.7 crore reported in the previous financial year.
