Gold Rate Today Rebounds in Delhi After Dropping Over Rs 1.5 Lakh; Silver Climbs to Rs 2.5 Lakh/kg on 25 March

Domestic gold rates rebounded on Wednesday after witnessing a sharp and continuous decline over the past week, during which 24 Karat (24K) gold fell by a total of Rs 1,51,700 per 100 grams. The recovery comes as tensions in the Middle East showed signs of easing, with United States (US) President Donald Trump stating that the US and Iran are "in negotiations right now" and that Tehran is "talking sense."

In New Delhi, gold prices moved higher across categories, with 24K gold rising to Rs 14,682 per 10 grams, up Rs 376, while 22K gold climbed to Rs 13,460 per 10 grams, gaining Rs 345. Silver also extended its upward momentum, with prices jumping to Rs 2,50,000 per kg, marking a strong increase of Rs 15,000 during Wednesday's session.

24 Karat Gold Rate Today in Delhi

In Delhi, the rate for one gram of 24K gold stood at Rs 14,682, rising by Rs 376 from Rs 14,306 in the previous session. For 8 grams on 25 March, the price increased to Rs 1,17,456, up by Rs 3,008 from Rs 1,14,448.

The rate for 10 grams climbed to Rs 1,46,820, marking a gain of Rs 3,760 from Rs 1,43,060. At the bulk level, 100 grams of 24K gold was priced at Rs 14,68,200, up sharply by Rs 37,600 from Rs 14,30,600.

22 Karat Gold Rate Today in Delhi

In 22K gold, the rate for 1 gram was recorded at Rs 13,460, up Rs 345 from Rs 13,115 on 25 March 2026. For 8 grams, the price rose to Rs 1,07,680, gaining Rs 2,760 from Rs 1,04,920. The 10-gram rate stood at Rs 1,34,600, reflecting an increase of Rs 3,450 from Rs 1,31,150. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 22K gold was valued at Rs 13,46,000, up by Rs 34,500 from Rs 13,11,500.

18 Karat Gold Rate Today in Delhi

The price of 1 gram of 18 Karat stood at Rs 11,016, rising by Rs 282 from Rs 10,734. For 8 grams, the rate increased to Rs 88,128, up Rs 2,256 from Rs 85,872. The price of 10 grams came in at Rs 1,10,160, marking a gain of Rs 2,820 from Rs 1,07,340. At the higher end, 100 grams of 18K gold was priced at Rs 11,01,600, showing an increase of Rs 28,200 from Rs 10,73,400.

Silver Rate Today, 25 March 2026: Check Latest Silver Prices Per Kg

On 25 March 2026 in Delhi, silver prices recorded a strong surge across all quantities. The price of 1 gram of silver stood at Rs 250, rising by Rs 15 from Rs 235 in the previous session. For 8 grams, the rate increased to Rs 2,000, up by Rs 120 from Rs 1,880.

The price of 10 grams of silver climbed to Rs 2,500, marking a gain of Rs 150 from Rs 2,350. At higher volumes, 100 grams of silver was valued at Rs 25,000, showing an increase of Rs 1,500 from Rs 23,500.

Meanwhile, at the bulk level, the price of 1 kilogram of silver jumped sharply to Rs 2,50,000, up by Rs 15,000 from Rs 2,35,000 in the previous session.

"Commodity markets corrected sharply last week, with both oil and gold retreating from recent highs. International gold prices also dropped over 10%, marking the steepest weekly fall in decades, though they remain more than 40% higher year on year. However, with a wide trade gap and elevated gold imports, any renewed spike in crude or capital outflows could quickly reignite depreciation pressures," said Rajeev Sharan, Head of Research, Brickwork Ratings.
