Delhi Housing Scheme 2025: In a major development for potential home buyers in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) cleared the Delhi Housing Scheme 2025. It will offer 177 affordable residential flats across Delhi's prime locations, including Rohini, Jasola, Vasant Kunj, etc.

The premium housing scheme will offer around 177 residential low, middle, and high-income group flats and garages. Potential buyers can apply for the Delhi Housing Scheme at prime locations including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, Ashoka Pahari, etc, reported Indian Express on Friday.

Other than approving the DDA Housing Scheme 2025, the DDA meeting, chaired by LG VK Saxena, also approved a series of reforms to boost the capital's commercial real estate sector and attracting large-scale investments into the capital.

Delhi Housing Scheme 2025: Who Can Buy The Flats?

The upcoming housing scheme will cater to Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG) categories. This approach provides options suitable for a broad range of buyers. Although specific pricing and unit configurations have not been disclosed yet, the e-auction format is anticipated to reflect true market demand.
During a high-level meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena on July 11, the DDA approved the housing scheme. The authority also announced reforms in the commercial real estate sector to attract investment and improve competitiveness against neighbouring NCR cities like Noida and Gurugram.

Approval of Narela Land Use

In addition to the order, the DDA also greenlit the changes of land use of Narela. As per the IE report, the DDA approved use of Narela land (located close to Haryana border) to create an education hub, development of Multi Sports Integrated Stadium and Sports Complex with overall development of the sub-city.
