Delhi Trade Fair 2025: IITF Open For General Public; Full Guide To Tickets, Timings, And Traffic Advisory

Delhi Trade Fair 2025: After five business days, the 44th India International Trade Fair at Bharat Mandapam is now available for the general public. Entry can be done using general passes. This year, with a theme of 'Ek Bharat: Shrestha Bharat', IITF opened on November 14 and will close on November 27, 2025. IITF features policies and initiatives of both central and state governments, enabling a wide range of 'Swadeshi' brand products. Small businesses, including MSMEs and local vendors, are allowed to showcase their products at IITF.

Delhi Trade Fair 2025: Ticket Prices:

For general passes, IITF tickets cost from Rs 40 to as high as Rs 150 depending upon the day.

Rs 80 is the price of ticket for adults on general days. The price is at Rs 150 for weekend.

For children, the price of ticket is Rs 40 on general days and Rs 60 on weekends.

For senior citizens and specially abled persons, the entry is free of cost.

The fair timings are from 10 am to 7.30 pm between November 14 to November 27. However, for general public, the timing for entering the exhibition venue is from 10 am to 5:30 pm.

The minimum age for general public is above 12 years. The age limit for children is from 5 years to 12 years. Meanwhile, children below 5 years do not need tickets.

How to Book Tickets For Delhi Trade Fair 2025?

Citizens can book tickets both online and offline. QR based tickets are available on platforms like:

- Bharath Mandapam App

- ITPO Website

Meanwhile, to book tickets offline, you will be required to visit Gate No. 4 and 10 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, and at Designated Delhi Metro Stations.

Tickets will also be available at stations like Dilshad Garden, Shahdara, Inderlok, Rithala, Rajiv Chowk, Rohini West, NSP, Central Secretariat, Delhi Haat-INA, Noida Electronic City, Sector-52 Noida, Noida City Centre, Kashmere Gate, Delhi Gate, ITO, etc.

Delhi Trade Fair 2025: Traffic Advisory

The Delhi Traffic Police has alerted citizens that due to the IITF 2025 at Pragati Maidan from 14th to 27th November 2025, traffic congestion is expected on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, Shershah Road, and Purana Quila Road. Commuters not visiting the Fair are advised to avoid or bypass these roads for smooth travel.

This year, 'Ek Bharat: Shrestha Bharat' is the theme of India International Trade Fair. It was announced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on October 31,2015 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The theme ensures the collaborative efforts towards development and recognition of the spirit of unity in diversity, which stands out as a tall flame of nationhood that needs to be nourished and cherished into the future.
