Dharmendra Death News: Bollywood's legendary actor Dharmendra Deol passed away at the age of 89 on Monday, November 24, reported news agency IANS. The Bollywood actor passed away at his Mumbai residence.

Fondly known as the 'He-Man' of Indian cinema, Dharmendra, had been unwell for some time. He was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital following deterioration in his health. Several actors, including Aamir Khan, Govinda, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, etc, extended their support to the Deol family during the difficult time. Director and film producer, Karan Johar, also confirmed about Dharmendra's death by expressing condolences on social media post.

Dharmendra Last Rites: Family Gathers At Vile Parle Crematorium

Members of the Deol family and many Bollywood celebrities have gathered at Vile Parle crematorium in Mumbai. The police have stated that any updates about Dharmendra's health will come from the Deol family. However, no official statement has been released by Sunny, Bobby, or any other family member. The news comes just weeks ahead of his 90th birthday on December 8. The Bollywood actor, had shares worth Rs 4.5 crore and had a net worth of Rs 125 crore.

Dharmendra held nearly 43 lakh rupees in cash, shares worth over Rs 4.5 crore, reported TV 9 in a report citing Hema Malini's 2024 election affidavit. The actor held more than 43 lakh rupees in cash, shares worth over Rs 4.5 crore, and jewellery valued above Rs 1 crore.

As per the news report, Dharmendra had Rs 43,19,016 in cash. His deposits in banks and other financial institutions are estimated to be Rs 3,52,99,371.

Dharmendra Net Worth: Investment, Bonds, Company Shares, etc

The actor had investments in bonds, debentures, and company shares amounting to Rs 4,55,14,817, as per the TV 9 report. Hema Malini's affidavit didn't mention the name of the company in which the actor had invested in. Dharmendra seemed fond of jewellery, owning pieces worth over 1 crore rupees, which might have appreciated in value.

The actor owned a bungalow in Juhu estimated to be Rs 126 crore, as per the affidavit. Additionally, he held a non-agricultural land worth over 9.36 crore rupees. In total, Dharmendra's immovable assets were valued at more than 136 crore rupees, surpassing Hema Malini's 113 crore rupees.

As per the news report, Dharmendra's total wealth stood at Rs 153 crore, whereas his wife, Hema Malini's assets were valued at over Rs 125 crore.
