Great Places To Work-Mumbai based research firm has announced India's 100 Best Companies To Work for 2021 list. The top slot on the list has been bagged by DHL Express India Private Limited, i.e. the logistics company based out of Mumbai with staff strength of 2916.

On the second spot is Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors from the Manufacturing and Production industry, followed by Intuit India on the third, Aye Finance P Limited on the fourth and Synchrony International Services has been placed at the fifth position.

The list then includes Harrisons Malayalam, Salesforce, Adobe on the sixth, seventh and eight rank, respectively. Thereafter on the ninth and tenth spot are companies from the IT and retail sector i.e. Cisco Systems and Barbeque Nation Hospitality, respectively.

As per the company on an annual basis over 10,000 companies from more than 60 nations collaborate with Great Place to Work Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning to strengthen their workplace culture.

Further all of the workplaces that nominated themselves for 'India's Best Companies to Work For - 2021' list went through an assessment. As part of this assessment, all organisations were analysed through "two lenses", said the research institute. The first lens analyses the "quality of employee experience", whereas, the second one measured the quality of an "organisation's people practices, covering the entire employee life-cycle".
