Dhurandhar 2 Advance Booking BOOM: Ranveer Singh Film Crosses Rs. 28 Cr, Over 5.6 Lakh Tickets Sold

The action spectacle Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, is already generating massive hype at the box office ahead of its release scheduled on March 19.

According to the latest Dhurandhar 2 advance booking report by Sacnilk, the film has already crossed Rs. 28.02 crore in India through advance ticket sales and it has the potential for one of the biggest openings in Hindi cinema.

Dhurandhar 2 advance booking crosses Rs. 28 crore in India

As per data from the Sacnilk website, Early Dhurandhar 2 advance booking collections in India have already touched approximately Rs. 28.02 crore, with more than 5,60,257 tickets sold across 9,553 shows nationwide. The majority of the advance sales are coming from the Hindi version of the film.

The Hindi 2D version alone has generated around Rs. 27.20 crore from advance bookings, with over 5,19,000 tickets sold across 9,025 shows and an average ticket price of around Rs. 408. In addition, a limited number of Dolby Cinema shows in Hindi have added about Rs. 2.6 lakh from around 343 tickets.

The film is also seeing a decent traction in South Indian languages. The Telugu version has sold more than 15,000 tickets, contributing roughly Rs. 34.13 lakh in advance sales, while the Tamil version has generated about Rs. 36.17 lakh from around 22,500 tickets across 256 shows. Meanwhile, the Kannada version has earned close to Rs. 4.5 lakh from around 1,044 tickets, and the Malayalam version has collected approximately Rs. 4.21 lakh with nearly 1,764 tickets sold.

Paid premieres could generate Rs. 35 crore in India

According to the estimates, Dhurandhar 2 paid premiere shows in India alone could generate more than Rs. 35 crore gross even before the first official day of release.

When combined with strong international advance sales, global premiere collections could reach around Rs. 50 crore even before the first full day begins.

Dhurandhar 2 opening day box office prediction

Industry analysts expect Dhurandhar 2 box office day 1 collection in India to exceed Rs. 100 crore gross, while the total domestic opening day could reach around Rs. 150 crore gross.

If these projections hold, the Dhurandhar 2 worldwide opening day collection could approach Rs. 200 crore, making it one of the biggest opening days ever recorded for a Hindi film.

The First part of Dhurandhar released in 2025 is a Hindi spy action thriller directed by Aditya Dhar, starring Ranveer Singh as Jaskirat Singh Rangi (alias Hamza Ali Mazari), a death-row Indian convict turned undercover agent infiltrating Karachi's Lyari gangster Rehman Dakait's played by Akshaye Khanna, syndicate to dismantle Pakistan's terror networks linked to ISI arms deals, counterfeit operations, and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Filmed across Amritsar, Ladakh, Thailand, and Mumbai, it became a blockbuster with Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi in key roles. The second part , Dhurandhar: The Revenge is releasing worldwide on March 19 and coinciding with Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, and Eid.
