Dhurandhar 2 Box Office: Film Is In Top 10 In Just 10 Days; Beats Pushpa 2, Baahubali 2?

Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge: Ranveer Singh's action spy thriller has emerged as a record-breaking masterpiece for the B-town's history. Although the movie's majestic spell has slowed down in Indian theaters by the 10th day, this has done little to nothing to stop Dhurandhar's sequel from entering the top 10 all-time blockbuster list in the country's cinema history. Worldwide, Dhurandhar 2 has crossed over Rs 1,120 crore at the box office on a gross basis. But has it outrun the legends like Baahubali 2, RRR and most importantly, Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2?

Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge Box Office Collection Day 10:

As of March 28, 2026, Sacnilk data said, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has achieved worldwide collections of Rs 1,226.44 crore (India Gross: Rs 930.44 crore, Overseas: Rs 296 crore) in gross collections and Rs 778.77 crore in net collections across 213,086 shows.

At the time of writing, Dhurandhar 2 earned a gross collection of Rs 75.22 crore and a net collection of Rs 62.85 crore in India on Saturday, March 28, with the movie playing in at least 18,820 screens. The occupancy rate is 44% due to the weekend demand.

Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge Box Collection Declining?

The latest occupancy of 44% is better compared to the overall occupancy of 32% on Day 9th (March 27). Yesterday, the movie played on 18,456 screens in India and witnessed a net collection of Rs 41.75 crore, which was lower compared to a net collection of Rs 49.70 crore on Day 8. However, occupancy has improved compared to 28.4% occupancy on Day 8.

Dhurandhar 2's week 1 collection is a whopping Rs 624.47 crore on a net basis.

Sacknilk data revealed that the total India gross collections for Dhurandhar 2 stands at Rs 877.70 crore as of now, and total net collection stood at the tune of Rs 734.97 crore.

But worldwide, Dhurandhar 2's gross collection has reached nearly Rs 1,129 crore, as per the reports.

Dhurandhar 2 Franchise Beats Baahubali, Pushpa 2 Franchises:

The Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar franchise became the first Bollywood series to cross Rs 2,200 crore mark in worldwide gross collection.

According to Sacnilk, with the first installment finishing its run at Rs 1,307.35 crore worldwide gross and the second part already amassing a staggering Rs 937.49 crore in a mere six days, the Dhurandhar franchise has already breached the massive Rs 2,244 crore mark.

Hence, the Dhurandhar series has outrun the lifetime crossing of the Pushpa series of Rs 2,092 crore and is very close to dethroning the Baahubali franchise's lifetime gross collection of Rs 2,438 crore.

Despite the Dhurandhar franchise rewriting their own history with back-to-back milestones, Dhurandhar 2 is yet to beat the standalone net collection of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 or other movies. But take note, Dhurandhar 2 is the seventh highest-grossing movie in Indian cinema history. The movie is now designated as an all-time blockbuster on Sacnilk.

Starting with Dhurandhar 2, its worldwide gross collection is currently around Rs 1,141.22 crore, as per Sacnilk. Still, Dhurandhar 2 has a lot of potential to climb the ladders to the first rank. 1. Baahubali 2: The Conclusion: Yet another Tollywood movie with superstars like Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, and Rana Daggubati alongside Tamannah Bhatia and Ramya Krishnan. Baahubali 2 is 3,257 days old and was released in 2017, but is the second highest grosser with a worldwide gross collection of RS 1,788.06 crore.

2. Pushpa: The Rule - Part 2: The Tollywood movie, which was released in 2024, is the highest-grossing movie in India in terms of India net collection but the second highest grosser in worldwide collection to the tune of Rs 1,742.10 crore. Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 is 479 days old and continues to be the highest grosser.

3. Dhurandhar: Before Ranveer Singh's Revenge, the predecessor, Dhurandhar, which was released in 2025, became a fresh breath of air for the country's cinema history. The cast is so powerful that handpicking your favorite would be a difficult task. Dhurandhar was star-studded with Ranveer Singh as the main lead, playing dual roles as Hamza Ali Mazar and Jaskirat Singh. Opposite him, fans were swept off their feet with Akshaye Khanna's Rehman Dakait role, which is remembered up till this date. Other cast members included Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. 5. KGF: Chapter 2: The fifth highest-grossing movie is the 2022-release, KGF: Chapter 2, starring Yash, Srinidhi Shetty and Raveena Tandon. The Kannada blockbuster is 1,445 days old and has a worldwide gross collection of Rs 1,215 crore.

6. Jawan: The 2023-released Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, is the sixth highest-grossing worldwide with Rs 1,160 crore collection. The movie is just 934 days old.
