Dhurandhar OTT Released: When, How & Where To Watch Ranveer Singh-Akshaye Khanna's Spy Thriller

The much-awaited OTT release of Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna's spy thriller, Dhurandhar, is out on January 30. Fans can watch the mega grosser of 2025 on Netflix. Dhurandhar has rewritten history at the Indian cinema box office and came at par with highest grossers like Pushpa 2, Baahubali 2, and RRR, among others.

Dhurandhar OTT Release Date:

Dhurandhar released on Netflix on January 30. On its social media platform, Netflix notified that, "Watch the Epic Saga unfold. Now out on Netflix in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu."

If you visit the Netflix page, you will see Dhurandhar listed. The movie is also available for download to watch offline. It can be viewed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu audio with English and Hindi subtitles.

The movie can be viewed if you have a subscription plan at Netflix. The subscription plan starts at Rs 149.

Netflix Subscription Plans:

- Rs 149 monthly subscription plan is available only on mobile phones. The movie can be viewed only on one device.

- Rs 199 monthly plan at Netflix is among the most popular one which is supported on devices like TV, computer, mobile phone, tablet. However, only one device can be accessed.

- Rs 499 monthly plan is for greater resolution of 1080 full HD, and is supported on all devices like TV, computer, mobile phone, tablet. The perks of this plan is that you can access Netflix on two devices at the same time.

- The highest monthly plan is of Rs 649 which has 4K resolution and HDR access. Under this plan, Netflix can be viewed on four devices at the same time.

As per reports, Dhurandhar released at 12 am on January 30, 2026. However, fans are allegedly unhappy with the OTT release because Netflix has reportedly censored and trimmed certain portions of the movie.

Dhurandhar OTT Scenes Cut:

Netizens took to their social medial platforms to complaint to Netflix for trimming certain portion of Dhurandhar.

A user said, "Why you have trimmed 10minutes."

While another user said, "You certify the film as A but you have muted/censored words! Like are we bunch of 5y/o or what? Everyone in this app is over 18, there's no meaning in watching a film with lots of cuts and censoring. You're just stealing the natural raw vibe from it."

Further, a user compared Dhurandhar to Animal which also made its OTT release on Netflix. The user said, " Why the hell would you Censor it when everyone is expecting for an un censored version,!! Censoring an A rated film itself is a joke whereas Animal and Kabir Singh has no cuts . Go to hell."

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection:

Dhurandhar is an epic thriller that swoon not only Indian fans but reached hearts on a global level. As of January 30, 2026, Dhurandhar is the third highest grosser worldwide in India, but the fourth best movie in terms of net collection. The Ranveer Singh's thriller outrun movies like RRR (2022), Kalki 2898 AD (2024), Jawan (2023), and KGF Chapter 2 (2022).

Dhurandhar faced strong contenders in 2025 such as Kantara: A Legend Chapter-1 (2025) and Chhaava (2025). But reigned above them!

Data from Sacnilk showed that Dhurandhar's box office collection stood at Rs 835.85 crore as of January 30, 2026, making it the fourth highest net collection by an Indian movie in the country's cinema history. But Dhurandhar collected Rs 1301.5 crore on a gross basis, making it the third highest grosser worldwide in India.

With Ranveer Singh in the leading role along with power-pack casts like Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi, Dhurandhar is a reminisce of the IC-814 hijacking in 1999 and the 2001 Indian Parliament attack.

The film follows India's Intelligence Bureau Chief Ajay Sanyal, who crafts a daring and indomitable mission to infiltrate and dismantle a powerful terrorist network operating out of Pakistan. To executive this high-risk operation, Sanyal recruits an unlikely asset - a 20 year old boy from Punjab, held captive for committing a revenge-driven crime.
