With Dhurandhar: The Revenge crossing the Rs 1,000-crore mark at the global box office, a rumour began circulating online claiming that Ranveer Singh had been gifted a luxury vehicle by director Aditya Dhar's wife, actress Yami Gautam.

The speculation gained traction after a video showed Ranveer making a stylish airport entry in what appeared to be a brand-new luxury SUV. Social media users quickly assumed it was a GMC Hummer EV, reportedly worth around Rs 5 crore, and suggested it had been presented to him as a token of appreciation for the film's massive success.

However, the claim was soon debunked by several users on X, who called out the viral post for spreading misinformation. "Why are you posting fake news? No way you guys can go to any extent for payout," one user wrote. Another added, "Shut up with these false narratives/stories. This is an old video."

Dhurandhar: The Revenge Box Office Collection

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film opened strongly with Rs 43 crore on Day 0 and surged to Rs 102.55 crore on Day 1. It continued its impressive run with Rs 80.72 crore on Day 2, Rs 113 crore on Day 3, and Rs 114.85 crore on Day 4. Collections stood at Rs 65 crore on Day 5, Rs 56.60 crore on Day 6, and Rs 48.75 crore on Day 7, as per Sacnilk.

By the end of its first week, the film had amassed Rs 624.47 crore, maintaining solid occupancy across a wide number of shows. The second week, however, began on a slower note, with Rs 49.70 crore on Day 8 and Rs 41.55 crore on Day 9, a 16.4 per cent drop from the previous day. According to Sacnilk, the Day 9 language-wise breakdown included Rs 37.50 crore from Hindi, Rs 0.25 crore from Kannada, Rs 0.10 crore from Malayalam, Rs 0.85 crore from Tamil, and Rs 2.85 crore from Telugu.

Globally, the film has collected an impressive Rs 1,128.99 crore, including Rs 854.99 crore from India gross and Rs 274 crore from overseas markets. Its net domestic collection stands at an estimated Rs 715.72 crore, putting it on track to become one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of all time.

As of Day 10 (early estimates), the 3-hour-49-minute film has run across 4,393 shows and has collected Rs 4.66 crore so far, taking the total India gross to Rs 860.49 crore, as per Sacnilk.

The story follows an undercover Indian intelligence agent who continues his mission to infiltrate Karachi's criminal networks and political circles.
