In the latest announcement to the stock exchange, the officials of the company have mentioned, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Jawahar Lal Goel (DIN : 00076462), Director of the Company, vide his letter dated September 19, 2022, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and committee(s) thereof with effect from the close of business hours of September 19, 2022."

The stock opened at the price of Rs. 15.50 and made a low of 15.25; then the stock spiked up to the high of Rs. 16.85, and at last, the stock closed at the price of Rs. 16.80.
